In the newest edition of Into The Void podcast, I speak with EDM/metalcore artist HIGHSOCIETY via FIXT. We discuss how he became interested in music, the universe of DATAMOSH, the creative process behind his songs, his next album, and much more!
Due to his alluring fusion of future bass, metallic dubstep, and searing trap elements, the mint bass music artist known as HIGHSOCIETY has been ascending swiftly within the electronic and metalcore scene as of late due to the creation of DATAMOSH within his music. While this dissonant world continues to expand within his music, HIGHSOCIETY has solidified his position as one of the most exciting new talents in electronic music with a seemingly unending stream of releases on notable labels such as FiXT, Barong Family, Universal Music, Red Bull Records, and Lowly Palace/Trap Nation.
Before his collaboration with FiXT, HIGHSOCIETY has already collaborated with reputable labels such as Dim Mak, Red Bull Records, Island Records, Lowly Palace, Welcome Records, Barong Family, and Universal. Additionally, he has collaborated with many well-known musicians, including Craig Mabbit of Escape The Fate, Young Medicine, AWOLNATION, Attack Attack!, Celldweller, Teddy Killerz, The Anix, Big Shaq, Reid Speed, Palisades, Jade, Le Castle Vania, and more. He has also received sync placements from HBO, MTV, MTV2, ABC Family, Freeform, and Oxygen. At several live events, including but not limited to Live 105 BFD Festival, Bottlerock Festival, Amsterdam Dance Event, and other headline performances around the US, he has shared the stage alongside famous acts like Knife Party, Kill The Noise, Slushii, Modestep, GTA, and Elohim.
